An woman was hospitalized after she was struck by a car in a hit-and-run incident at West 12th and Sassafras streets in Erie at about 9:10 a.m. Eyewitness Dale Fawcett, of the West Lake Fire Department, said he saw a brown car run a red light, hit the pedestrian and continue eastbound on West 12th Street....
