Open Question: How long will a departure scan take for USPS?

I am not familiar with the whole online shopping thing. but i bought a game from amazon recently (july 22nd) I live in Oahu and the game is coming from texas. by the 23rd of july it was in Erie PA and it said "Shipment has left seller facility and is in transit" to day is the 28th and it says it here in honolulu in departure Scan. I live in Ewa beach so its truly not far. And it's traveling by USPS. So when would it arrive? I want the game to arrive before the 2nd of Aug. No wait the first of Aug. Because on the second I start school. Help plz? when should it arrive. and the package has been their since 5 A.M.
