Open Question: Help?! College decisions...?

I want to major in Interior Design and minor in Sustainability so i can be a green interior designer. My mom, dad, and aunt(who's like my 2nd mom) all say that i need a major with better job opportunities. I love interior design and don't want to do anything else, but they are all telling me to choose a different major so i can find a job in Erie, PA (where i live). I feel like i'm not being supported.My mom really wants me to stay in Erie so i chose a college here to please her, but now she wants me to pick a major with jobs here. I'm really frustrated.
